Need to add a new prescription to your plan?

Simply start typing the name of the drug into the text field. A dropdown will show a list of drugs as you type the name. Select the name of the drug you are looking for and click search. The results will list all drugs that contain the name you entered along with a day supply, quantity, and price.

FreeRx Primary Member's can add their spouse and dependents to their family membership plan. All family members on the plan must reside at the same address and dependents must be under the age of 26.

FreeRx Primary Members can add up to 5 dependents to their family plan. For additional dependents, please call our customer service team.
